1. Go to the City of West Sacramento's Customer Portal

2. Click on "Need to Set Up an Account". 

3. Enter the email address you would like to use, and our system will send you an email with a link to create your account. You will then be redirected to the City of West Sacramento's portal page where you can sign in.

4. Once redirected, enter your Utility Bill Account Number and the Security Token. These can be found in the upper right-hand corner of your utility bill.

5. Enter your cell phone for text messages. This is optional.

6. Create a password. 

7. Choose your preferred language. Choose either English or Spanish.

8. Then click submit to create your account.

Please Note: some customer meters are not yet equipped for this service. If you create an account and do not see any information, please call Utility Billing at 916-617-4589.
